We are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help fulfill the recruitment needs for our rapidly expanding Company. The candidate will use their specialist experience and communication skills to understand the needs of the company and advertise effectively to source exceptional candidates for open roles. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Support the recruitment of a range of roles across the business (Commercial, Digital Marketing, Operations and Support).
- Partner with managers to support them through the full recruitment life cycle, focusing on enabling good selection decisions in a timely fashion.
- Deliver innovative and fresh approaches to candidate sourcing.
- Search and network with candidates from our own networks, LinkedIn and forums to ensure a healthy pipeline of candidates.
- Provide best practices when interviewing relevant candidates for roles.
- Work with HR to ensure the best talent is retained through salary gap analysis and competitive package offers.
- Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in a recruitment capacity, either agency or as part of an in-house team within the iGaming Sector.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their individual team’s needs and the technical specifics of each role.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
- Able to produce compelling recruitment adverts.
